United States shipping methods and delivery ETAs:
Standard shipping: 3-10 business days after the item ships (via FedEx SmartPost)
Two-day shipping: 2 business days after the item ships (via FedEx)
Next-day shipping: 1 business day after the item ships (via FedEx)
Hawaii (Island) shipping: 2-4 weeks after the item ships (via FedEx Smart Post)
If you placed your order before 2 PM CST, your order will be shipped the same day. If you placed your order after 2 PM CST or after normal business hours, your order will be shipped the next business day.
For next-day and two-day shipping, there are no Saturday deliveries.
International shipping is also offered – delivery ETA and eligibility vary by location.
Answers to some shipping FAQs:
Free shipping offers – offers which include free shipping, or orders over $75.00, will be sent via Standard Shipping method; please allow 3-10 business days for delivery after your order is placed, processed, and shipped out. (Free shipping valid for Contiguous US web orders only).
Mail orders – Orders placed via mail take time to reach our processing facility. If you sent your order in via mail and there was a check with the order, typical processing of the check takes five to seven business days after the order was received and entered into our system. We can assure you that once your order is received and payment is processed, we will send out your product as soon as we can!
SuperBeets orders – During the summer, for standard shipping orders, we on occasion send out SuperBeets orders only on Monday through Wednesday, depending on the weather. SuperBeets are very sensitive to heat, so we take this precaution in order to avoid them being subjected to unnecessary fluctuations in temperature over the weekend while in transit. Your SuperBeets will be on their way as soon as possible.
The HumanN 90-Day Money Back Guarantee & Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 90 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charge. The refund will be in the same form as the original payment. The item must be returned, used or unused, and in good condition in the box/bottle/canister. You must obtain a Return to Manufacturer Authorization, (RMA number) from the Customer Support department in order to send the product back for a refund. This RMA number can be obtained by calling 1-855-636-4040. The RMA number must be visibly written on the outside of the return box so the return can be processed by our returns department. Any return without the RMA number on the outside of the box will not be processed for a refund. No C.O.D. will be accepted.
