Because it’s Sunday and it’s a day of meal prepping, I thought I would share a delicious and healthy treat that is great for an on-the-go breakfast or even a snack! . Chocolate Banana Protein Muffins😍 •Ingredients• 1 Large Banana + 1 Egg + 1/4 Cup Almond Butter + 1/2 Cup of Chocolate Protein {I used @humanpowerofn Protein40 – a great Whey Protein that is a healthy alternative for my dad, whom I made the Muffins for☺️} + 1/4 C Chopped Dates + 1 tsp Baking Soda + 1 tsp Vanilla Extract + Cinnamon •Directions• Blend all of the ingredients together, put in Muffin tins and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes! . These babies can be switched with all types of ingredients and made into whichever diet your on!!   • 1 Large Banana
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup of Protein40
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Cup of Chopped Dates (Substitute other Dried Fruits or Nuts)


  1. Mix the Banana, Almond Butter and Egg together until blended.
  2. Add all other ingredients (excepts dates) and stir until blended.
  3. Add in the chopped Dates.
  4. Grease a Muffin Pan.
  5. Pour batter into muffin pan and bake at 350 Degrees for 15-20 minutes or until done.
