It’s two words.
Cardio means the heart. Vascular the vessels. And they go hand-in-hand.
And this is basically the body’s transportation system.
You know, without your heart, you’re not really going to do well.
Unfortunately I just had a friend of mine who’s in the hospital with all sorts of heart problems. It makes me think…hey God, I’m really healthy, you know at least as far as I know, and I’m fortunate.
So cardiovascular health is of the utmost importance. Things that make the cardiovascular system healthier, again, seems to make other systems healthier.
It’s not the kind of thing that just works on one system and not another. No question.
