I love to learn, and enjoy sharing what has worked for me with as many people as possible. My goals center around keeping myself in top condition physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally, so that I can inspire and educate others. A few years ago, I made the comeback of my life, by coming in 3rd overall at the 400m Women’s Invitational at the Olympic Trials after 25 years of not sprinting competitively. 25 years! I am especially passionate about helping women to become warriors of their lives. My dream job is to open a retreat with my husband, Brad Jewett, one of the top AQHA trainers in the country, on a beautiful ranch for families, kids and individuals to come and learn how to take care of their body, as well as how to ride horses. I’m a very spiritual person, and I do my best to live by these 3 words: faith, hope & love. Remembering these each day help me to keep the right attitude in all areas of life!
