If I am under 40 years old, is this still a good protein for me?

    This is the best tasting protein powder I’ve ever had. It’s creamy and doesn’t taste like chemical chalk. I love that it’s not too sweet. I blend mine with unsweetened almond milk. Now we’ll see if muscles benefit over time.
