- 2 scoops Protein40 or Collagen + Whey
- 2 cups almond milk or other type of milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Blend everything together well.
Optional Energizing Version: 1 tbsp cacao powder, 1 tsp maca powder
