These superfood mini bites are a great mid-morning pick me up option! They’re a tasty alternative to your everyday snacking routine.

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 soaked + drained medjool dates
  • 1 cup unsalted raw cashews
  • 2 tbsp ground @salbachia
  • 1 tsp SuperBeets powder
  • 1/3 cup nut butter

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor until dough forms.
  2. Roll into tsp size balls and put in fridge until chilled.
  3. Keep in airtight container for up to one week.
