Protein Mocha Latte

  • 1 scoop Protein40 or Collagen + Whey
  • 2/3 cup good quality coconut water
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 shots of espresso
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup


  • Put ingredients in blender and blend until just combined.
  • Pour into a glass that has some room in it for milk mixture.
  • Coconut Milk
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • Heat coconut milk on stove or in microwave until warm. Whisk in vanilla and maple syrup.
  • Pour milk into coffee and enjoy.
