Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Truffles

Ingredients

  • 2 Cup of Protein40 Powder
  • 1 Cup of Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tbsp’s of Almond Milk
  • 2 Tbsp’s of Honey
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 C of Peanut Butter WholeMe Granola Clusters (Optional)

 

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Roll into balls and dip into cocoa powder.
  3. Store in the freezer or refrigerator.
