Hey guys! Back with this powerful HeartGreens Smoothie made using a new, and amazing product from HumanN.  It is a  greens powder made from Kale & Spinach.

Enjoy this type of drink anytime of the day.  My boyfriend and I are early birds so this is exactly what we have been adding to our morning to smoothies to increase awake-fullness, energy levels, and our focus at work!

I can almost guarantee that you will begin to feel more fit just after one drink (it is a joke peeps) but this stuff is healthy, and great for you! It has worked great for me! If that means enjoying it in the morning, when I am feeling sluggish in the afternoon or even before, and after the gym!

Iron Man Smoothie Ingredients

I hope you enjoy this super simple recipe as much as we did!

Ingredients –

  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 green apple – cut into quarters
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into three
  • 2 cups of spinach (I recommend 1 if you do not do well with “green” smoothies)
  • half a mango
  • 1 scoop of HeartGreens
  • 1 tbsp coconut nectar or maple syrup

Instructions –

  1. Into a high speed blender add all of your ingredients.
  2. Blend till smooth, and creamy!
  3. Enjoy!
