1 Cup of Blueberries, Blackberries and Raspberries
1/2 C of Vanilla Yogurt
1 Scoop of Heart Greens
1 Tbsp of Honey
1 Scoop of Vanilla Collagen (or protein of choice)
1 Tbsp of Almond Butter
- Throw all of the ingredients into a blender on high speed.
- Blend until well mixed and enjoy!
