HeartGreens and Apple Crumble

 –2 Opal Apples.
 –1 Granny Smith Apple.
 –4 tbsp Maple Syrup.
 –1 tbsp HeartGreens 
 –½ tsp Cinnamon


 –2 tbsp Maple Syrup.
 –2 tbsp Coconut Oil.
 –¼ cup Almond Flour.
 –¼ cup Gluten Free 1-1 Flour.
 –1 tsp Cinnamon.
 –4 Dates.
 –4 tbsp Pecans.
 –1 tbsp Coconut Sugar.

Caramel Topping:

 –2 tbsp Maple Syrup.
 –1.50 tbsp Coconut oil.


1. Slice the apples, and sauté with the coconut oil for 1-2 min.
2. Mix the HeartGreens, cinnamon and maple syrup together.
3. Add the apples into the maple syrup and HeartGreens mixture.
4. Divide apple mixture into 2 mini cast iron skillets or 1 regular sized one.
5. Mix the ingredients for the crumble in a bowl.
6.Divide the crumble mixture evenly between the two apple-filled skillets.
7. Top with the caramel.
8. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
9. Top with coconut yogurt (optional).
