Chocolate Mousse Bowl

The latest creation from SuperFoodRunner is this delicious chocolate mousse bowl. We definitely recommend trying it with some freshly chopped mint!

INGREDIENTS

2 scoops of Protein40

1 frozen banana

1/2 of an avocado

1/2 cup of light coconut milk or other milk of choice

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp cacao powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 dates, presoaked in water 10-15 min to soften

 

DIRECTIONS

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy.  Pour into a bowl and top with fruit of choice and sprinkle with hemp seeds or chopped nuts.  To change it up, you could add some mint extract or freshly chopped mint to the mixture.
