  1. Can I still place an order and if so when can I expect delivery?

Currently all our warehouse and fulfillment centers are operating normally, and they continue to process and ship orders with no additional delay. Customers may experience a delay in receiving their package due to shipping carrier constraints. You can check the status of your order online here or you can call us at 1.855.636.4040.

  1. Are subscriptions still processing and shipping normally?

Yes, subscription orders will continue to process and ship on whatever cadence you selected when choosing your subscription. You can view your subscription items and upcoming shipments online here if you placed your order on the web after 4/1/2019. If you placed a subscription order online before this date or over the phone call us at 1.855.636.4040 if you have questions.

  1. What is HumanN doing to protect their employees and customers during the COVID-19 pandemic?

HumanN was an early mover in this regard as we transitioned to 100% work-remote operations on March 13th. All of our staff continues to work from home to ensure our customers have the ability to purchase our products uninterrupted during this challenging time. Our warehouse and fulfillment operations continue with added social distancing and protective sanitation measures in place to ensure the minimum risk to our staff and product packing process. We are operating at 100% staffing and remain committed to our mission of supporting cardiovascular health through the benefits of Nitric Oxide-enhancing functional foods and supplements.

  1. What is HumanN doing to give back and support those in need during the COVID-19 pandemic?

HumanN has donated $50,000 of product to essential healthcare workers and has set up an online platform for these hospitals and clinics to request products to be sent to their offices.
